Notice of exemption and donations

According to the notice of the tax office Frankfurt am Main V, tax number: 47 250 42161 dated 12.09.2022, FIAS is exempt from corporate income tax according to § 5 para. 1 no. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and from business tax (in compliance with "§ 3 Nr. 6 Gewerbesteuergesetz"), as the foundation directly and exclusively serves tax-privileged non-profit objectives (in compliance with "§§ 51 ff. Abgabenordnung"). 

The foundation is authorized to issue official receipt forms for donations offered for the purpose of support for such objectives.
