General information
The soft skill program will be organized by the Helmholtz Association
as a 3-day joint seminar of the Helmholtz research schools in Germany.
To meet the high quality approach of the Helmholtz Association for this
program the soft skill program will be organized in cooperation with the
Imperial College in London.

Practical Information
Begin/End
The soft skill program starts with a common lunch on the first day at 12:00. Participants are expected to arrive by 11:30 latest.
The soft skill program will close on the last day around 13:30 after lunch.
Venue
The soft skill course will be held at Haus Bredbeck, An der Wassermühle 30, 27711 Osterholz- Scharmbeck, close to Bremen.
Travel
Travel is individually organized. Please try to car pool or travel by train. Expenses will be reimbursed by H-QM after the trip.
Accomodation
Accomodation will be in double rooms.
Food
It is possible to have vegetarian meals and lactose free food.
What to bring
Linen und towels will be provided.
Dress will be casual throughout the programme.
Some of the activities will be run outside in the grounds.
Your fitness will not be tested, but your 'weather-ability' might! So please come prepared to work outside. For this reason, suitable footwear
is also essential. You must bring waterproofs with you, as outdoor activities will not be cancelled due to rain.
In the case of extreme weather conditions, we will modify or provide alternative exercises which can take place indoors.
Please don't forget to complete the Myers-Briggs questionaire, a CV and read the extra information again that was sent around by email.
Expenses
There are no local expenses to cover accomodation or the program. All meals are included, drinks during the sessions and meals
are included as well.
Internet
Wireless internet access is available.
Insurance
Though this trip will not generate any costs for your supervisor or group please
do not forget to file a trip request so you are covered by insurance during the
lecture week.
