Systems Immunology Group

The research group Systems Immunology at the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies (FIAS) focuses on the modeling and simulation of the dynamics of the mammalian adaptive immune system. We are interested in the development and function of the immune system on the cellular level bridging the gap between molecular biology and the medical sciences. The research extents to the development of new methods and tools for theoretical biology.
