ESPResSo

ESPResSo stands for Extensible Simulation Package for Research on Soft matter, which is a program package has been developed in Christian Holms research group at the Max-Planck-Institut für Polymerforschung (MPI-P) in Mainz, Germany, where it is still maintained. This is the main program package which is used for performing the simulations in the SimBio group. More details and up-to date-information can be found on the official ESPResSo web site.
